"Reception is great. appointment scheduling is easy. Dental hygienist are great. Only complaint: Dentists appear to rotate fairly often. Rarely do I see the same dentist more than 2-5 times before it’s someone new. I’ve been going to this location for 10+ years. Dentists are fine as well, reason for five stars."

The staff is incredibly welcoming and warm from the second you walk in the door. I have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Robles and Rosie, the hygienist. Dr. Robles is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gives great recommendations on how to be proactive with your oral health. Rosie is very proficient, meticulous, and informative. She does an amazing job every time she cleans my teeth. Her gentle aura creates an atmosphere that makes you feel completely comfortable, you’ll instantly forget that you’re in a dental setting. Overall, Woodlake is an amazing dental practice and I highly recommend it to anyone."

"Dr. Sal is AWESOME! I found him after my child’s dentist referred us to the location he was working at on the North Side of Chicago. I took my 2 yr old in and he gave me an alternative option instead of drilling my baby’s teeth that would be fast and effective as well. Ever since then, I fell in love with his way of working with my kids. When I found out that location was not going to be taking my insurance anymore, I followed him. I LOVE this office! The staff is VERY kind, patient and awesome. They’re THE BEST! They introduced the dental instruments to my kids before using them because they want my kids to become familiar with them. My son had been traumatized when he was 2yrs old at a different office, but Dr. Sal was patient with him and has now gained his trust enough that at the last appointment he (9yrs old now) was brave enough that they didn’t have to try to convince him to sit back. (My son would run away and cry whenever he saw someone with a white coat trying to look into his mouth) My daughters have been seeing him since one was 2yrs old and the other one since she was 1 yr old, they LOVE going to the dentist, and they sit back and let him and his staff look in their mouths. I am very happy that I found a GREAT dentist AND that the staff in this office is GREAT as well. They are very patient and loving."
